| | Qualifications: | Bachelors Degree in Nursing, Health Promotion, Health Education, Public Health or |
| | related field; 1 - 3 years industry experience with management experience in workplace |
| | wellness and/or health plan/benefit management preferred. Must have knowledge of |
| | content areas such as health promotion and education, exercise, stress management, |
| | workplace safety practices, nutrition, etc. Certified Health Education Specialist (CHES) a |
| | plus. Ability to plan, implement and evaluate employee disease prevention and health |
| | promotion programs. Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment; |
| | Demonstrated strong customer focus, and cross-functional collaboration/teamwork skills. |
| | Ability to think and work independently using a wide range of resources. Valid Driver’s |
| | License and ability to drive required. |
| | Description: | BASIC FUNCTIONS: Under the supervision of the Vice President of Human Resources, |
| | the Health and Wellness Coordinator is responsible for developing, implementing and |
| | administering Seven Hills’ health and wellness strategy. |

| | SCOPE: Responsible for day to day implementation of Seven Hills’ health and wellness |
| | strategy aimed at the reduction of risk factors directly associated with healthcare and |
| | workers’ compensation costs by providing health assessment, education and behavior |
| | change counseling using a collaborative approach to facilitate change. |
