Hours/Schedule: M-F 8:00pm - 4:00pm flexible as needs dictate

Qualifications: Bachelors Degree in Nursing, Health Promotion, Health Education, Public Health or

related field; 1 - 3 years industry experience with management experience in workplace

wellness and/or health plan/benefit management preferred. Must have knowledge of

content areas such as health promotion and education, exercise, stress management,

workplace safety practices, nutrition, etc. Certified Health Education Specialist (CHES) a

plus. Ability to plan, implement and evaluate employee disease prevention and health

promotion programs. Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment;

Demonstrated strong customer focus, and cross-functional collaboration/teamwork skills.

Ability to think and work independently using a wide range of resources. Valid Driver’s

License and ability to drive required.

Description: BASIC FUNCTIONS: Under the supervision of the Vice President of Human Resources,

the Health and Wellness Coordinator is responsible for developing, implementing and

administering Seven Hills’ health and wellness strategy.



SCOPE: Responsible for day to day implementation of Seven Hills’ health and wellness

strategy aimed at the reduction of risk factors directly associated with healthcare and

workers’ compensation costs by providing health assessment, education and behavior

change counseling using a collaborative approach to facilitate change.
