| Affirmative Action: In

| Department
Orientation: arranged by each department head/supervisor in accordance
with Seven Hills Foundation assessment of the needs of the department and/or
employee. This orientation is initiated upon commencement of
employment.

Human Resources Office. Qualified applicants will be contacted by
Seven Hills and interviews will be scheduled accordingly.

programs, which are openly welcome here. Because Seven Hills is so
large, the scope of careers is widely varied. Each internship is
taken on a case by case basis and is designed to comply with

| Any employee who wishes to attend a professional
conference or seminar should obtain written approval in advance from
his/her department head.
Employees who have completed training sessions are supported to enhance their capabilities through ongoing educational opportunities and challenges. Seven Hills may permit an employee to have reasonable time off to attend such conferences or seminars and may assume reasonable expenses associated with such activities.

| A program has been established
to recognize outstanding contributions by employees. Each quarter,
Employee of the Quarter are selected for each Seven Hills affiliate
based on nominations by all employees.
