    Learning & Development

All employees are required to attend Orientation through Seven Hills Corporate College - that is the core training that we do to prepare employees to become a valuable member of the Seven Hills’ community. Within the first six months of your initial employment at SHF, you are required to complete a series of classes, both in-person and on-line to help you understand the Seven Hills’ mission and values, and receive an overview to our policies and procedures. Some employees will also receive training in Crisis Prevention and Intervention as part of orientation.

Core training is only part of the Corporate College’s mission. In addition to the core training, we are also continually creating opportunities for professional development. We offer in-service training on many topics that are geared to help you grow in your profession and career. These classes will be available both on-line and in person and include topics related to management training, increasing professional knowledge and skills related to working with our individuals, and career development opportunities.

For additional information regarding employee orientation, training opportunities or tuition reimbursement/remission please contact
